Gerald's an intelligent man so it seems almost churlish picking holes in a speech which must have required cojones the size of watermelons to make

but...

He rightly imho raises the subject of demographics and concludes that the current Israeli leadership must be fools for ignoring the inevitable consequences of current population trends

What Gerald doesn't consider is that they are not fools, understand the numbers and are planning for some kind of demographic solution to their predicament

Or it is more convenient for him to say that they are fools.

Lately I find myself sometimes in positions were I can
- say 'the truth' (as I see it) and have people close up their ears
- say something which will not fall on deaf ears, while staying true to what I think is right and what I try to accomplish

At the moment, as far as I can tell, Israel still has airwave superiority. If I wanted to break that and I could do that by proving that they are fools - well, then I would that. Even if I know it to be true that they are lying thieving imperialist scumbags.

Once it is generally accepted, in the current(!) frame of who-does-what-and-why, that it is foolish what Israel's government does, I would move on to the next step, showing that it is intentional what they do. While many people still believe that 'Israel had its reasons, and they were just', it is really hard to argue that it is 180 degrees the other way. First, sough doubt, show and widen the cracks in the accepted dominant paradigm. One can not try to tell an alternative story of how the world works, while people still believe very strongly in a different one. First, get them to listen, then tell them something.

Ah, maybe I'm wrong, and maybe imperialist scumbags should be called what they are.

It's a tricky question

but I know that I am tired of hearing that all the theft and murder that goes on in the world is the mistake of fools who do not know what they are doing

what kind of fool would believe that?

New Zealand pubs ban Israelis over Gaza operation

The Southland Times reported Friday that two Israeli women, Natalie Bennie and her sister Tamara Shefa, were ordered to leave the Mevlana Café in Invercargill, New Zealand's southernmost city.

According to the report, the pub's owner Mustafa Tekinkaya, a Turkish Muslim, told the women he would not serve anyone from Israel "until it stopped killing innocent babies and women in Gaza."

Tekinkaya was quoted as saying he had received dozens of phone calls from people supporting him and a handful of calls opposed to his stance.

Natalie Bennie told the newspaper that she and her visiting Israeli sister had received over a dozen calls from strangers to say they were appalled by Tekinkaya's stance. She said the pub owner displayed "anti-Semitic" behavior, adding "he might as well have put a sign outside his shop saying 'No Jews Allowed'."

Bennie told The Southland Times that her mother, who lives in Israel, was concerned she could now become a target for New Zealand radical Muslims.

"It could be a possibility, you never know."

...possible, but not probable

After all, what kind of sick, twisted fucks would try and embroil a neutral country such as New Zealand in their nasty little wars?

'Mossad spies' jailed over New Zealand passport fraud

The prime minister of New Zealand angrily denounced Israel and imposed diplomatic sanctions on it after two suspected Mossad agents were jailed for six months for trying on false grounds to obtain a New Zealand passport.

The plot, which involved obtaining a passport in the name of a tetraplegic man who had not spoken in years, provoked a furious reaction yesterday.

"The breach of New Zealand laws and sovereignty by agents of the Israeli government has seriously strained our relationship with Israel," said the prime minister, Helen Clark...

Don't mean to rain on your parade Stef, but...

New Zealand is still part of the Commonwealth, an Echelon country, and under the grip of the NWO like most of the world. This incident doesn't change that.

2007 New Zealand anti-terror raids

the Kiwis have just elected a former(?) US Federal Reserve employee as their Prime Minister

The only thing that surprises me about the passport incident I linked to above is that the Israelis didn't just ask for some

That's pretty gut wrenching stuff, eviscerating stuff by normal parliamentary standards.

Shame only about 3 people ever heard it.

They know what they're doing of course, but they could still be fools. Evil ones.

What if the Israelis were used like the Afrikaaners and Rhodesians to colonise and reduce the population of inconvenient occupants? That was the vision of the Rhodes/Milner group for Palestine. The Eurocolonial servants are not going to end up any better rewarded for their efforts in the long run.

It doesn't absolve the Israelis past and present of guilt, but the context might explain why their actions often appear suicidally insane to their own prospects for continued separatist existence.

If they hadn't bought off most of the surrounding regimes, they would have no chance of remaining as a tribal outpost of the West in that location. There's no guarantee that "security" balance will be indefinite.

It may be a little easier for Mossad agents to aquire NZ passports now.

No doubt they did and got some ... the old saying ..."rather turn a dishonest penny than earn an honest pound" ... they just love keeping their hand in at the old One - two.
