• You work(ed) in police 'intelligence' for many years
  

• Even though you worked as a terrorism risk analyst in the same county three of the alleged 7/7 bombers came from, you claim that you only became aware of conspiracy theories about 7/7 five years after the bombings
  
  
• Even though you worked as a terrorism risk analyst in the same county three of the alleged 7/7 bombers came from, you claim that the only insight you have into the bombings came from 'watching videos in the internet' and you learned nothing relevant to 7/7 scepticism from your day job

• You are attempting to promote doubt in the official 7/7 narrative as being a matter of religious faith and not a matter of scepticism in a poorly supported, inconsistent narrative
  
  
• Your account of your dismissal is littered with apparent contrivances - your suspension on the anniversary of 7/7, your hearing on the anniversary of 9/11, the story about a priest switching you onto 7/7 Truth, claims that your superiors were sympathetic to your views on 7/7. It all sounds unlikely, unrealistic and scripted

Going forward, the only thing I see you contributing to the cause of 7/7 Truth is more twaddle about a 'Satanic' New World Order which will assist the establishment in depicting 7/7 Sceptics as being credulous believers and not rigorous sceptics

And maybe at some point you'll shave your legs and claim to be God

'Christian' Doublethink

For reasons I'll get into in a future post I've been mulling over the nature of belief and the internal contradictions within certain belief systems

Top of my list of belief systems with internal contradictions is evangelical Christianity

Having not been raised in a 'born again' tradition, evangelical Christianity came as a bit of a surprise to me when I started bumping into evangelicals and the strange, rather scary take some of them had on how a supposedly Loving Creator goes about his business

I also couldn't help noticing that members of certain evangelical communities were very big on quoting that ode to genocide, the Old Testament, and the bits in the New Testament that follow accounts of the life of Jesus. They were much more selective about what they quoted from Jesus Christ himself and accounts of his life

All that stuff about sharing, turning the other cheek, embracing outcasts and unconditional love barely got a look in

Which struck me, and still does, as rather peculiar behaviour for people who claim to be followers of Jesus' teachings

Someone asked me yesterday about one particular inconsistancy within evangelical Christianity

The End Times thing

The subject came up because there is a significant overlap between people who are sceptical of 'Official Narratives' and evangelical Christians who believe that they are among The Elect, blessed to be around during the run up to Armageddon and battling in a holy war against Satan and his End Game (which includes state-sponsored false flag terror ops)

They know this because it has been prophesised

One thing that has always struck me as peculiar with this belief is that it seems to presuppose that either a) Satan hasn't read the Bible or b) Satan has read the Bible but reckons he can outwit the Creator of Everything and change the ending

Nope, it's not working for me I'm afraid

And then there's the small matter of Jesus' own words, as quoted in the divinely inspired Word of God - The Gospel of Matthew 24:36-44...

"36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. Jesus' position on End Time prophecies couldn't be much clearer could it?

I freely admit that I like Christianity, as defined by the words and actions attributed to Jesus. The intolerant, arrogant, inconsistent belief system that some people practice and describe as Christianity has got fuck all to do with either

The capacity to adhere to a belief system which is contradicted internally by its own teachings is more Orwell than Jesus

I've noticed some speculation here and there about yesterday's flanning of Rupert Murdoch by zany, madcap, UK Uncut* co-founder Jon May-Bowles

A common line of thought being that Johnnie was deliberately allowed to deliver his load so that Murdoch would garner some sympathy from the viewing public and also to serve as a distraction from the heinous matters being discussed

Speaking as someone who prefers his unverifiable hypotheses to be more (L)assagne-like; with at least a couple of layers, I favour the possibility that the flanning served as both a distraction from the hearing *and* a reminder to Murdoch of his vulnerability

There does, after all, appear to be a huge pissing contest taking place in the UK amongst various establishment gangs - which kind of flies in the face of those who believe there are no cabals and those who believe that there is essentially only one

An alternative explanation for Johnnie's behaviour would be simply to take things at face value; as many of the warm and supportive Youtube commentators have done underneath this video of Johnnie strutting his rib-tickling stuff down in the hood in Stockwell...

Comedy Infiltration?

There's a new character currently doing the rounds on the Conspiraloon Circuit...


Tony Farrell was senior intelligence analyst for South Yorkshire police for 17 years, who underwent a Truth Epiphany in July 2010, submitted an intelligence report to management which identified the New World Order as a bigger terrorist threat than Radical Islam and was subsequently fired for his beliefs

So far, he's told his tale on the Alex Jones show and an orbiting starship, as well as being written about in several blogs and Conspiranoid websites

What interests me about Farrell's treatment by the alternative media thus far is just how easy a ride and warm a reception he's been getting

This is, after all, a milieu where it is normal to be accused of being a government operative or Zionist shill on the flimsiest of pretexts

Unless, that is, you are an ex(?)-police employee with an inconsistent back-story who appears from out of nowhere and says he's one of You now

Apparently, he's just got to be OK

Here's a provisional list of issues I have about this character which will doubtlessly change as he continues to ply his meagre wares...

• The J7 Truth Campaign 7/7 Inquests blog and website are currently the most detailed and comprehensive critiques available of the 7/7 inquest and the Official 7/7 Narrative. Farrell has made no reference to either; preferring instead to cite secondary sources. You really would have to deliberately go out of your way not to refer to J7 when talking about issues arising from 7/7

• Nor has Farrell made any attempt to communicate with J7 even though he is currently popping up everywhere else. This behaviour with regard to J7 is inconsistent with Farrell's stated desire to spread awareness of 7/7 'Truth'. The key differences between J7 and the other groups Farrell has referred to and dealt with are that J7 maintains a sceptical approach to promoting alternative 7/7 narratives and researches the material it publishes thoroughly. I can think of no reason why someone playing a straight game would stear clear of that
  

• Farrell has currently made little of that fact that he was a police analyst in the same county that three of the four alleged bombers came from. If he didn’t encounter material that offers new insights into the Official 7/7 Narrative in the five years that followed the bombings I would consider that extremely peculiar. Thus far he has simply recycled selected highlights of existing 7/7 lore and nothing more
  

• Farrel was dismissed in September 2010 and waited until June 2011 to publicise his story. The delay has not been explained. Farrell is now trying to drum up support and potential 'expert' witnesses for his dismissal hearing, scheduled for early September 2011. No Truther knew this man from Adam a month ago and now he's trying to get people who know nothing about the circumstances of his case to become involved in a hearing
  

• The examples of reasons to doubt the Official 7/7 Narrative Farrell has cited so far include tendencious, potential red herrings; such as a claim that two of the alleged bombers were 'most probably' shot at Canary Wharf. For a allegedly Senior Intelligence Analyst, Tony appears to have a limited capacity to distinguish shit from shoeshine
  

• I've discussed Farrell's recent interviews with a few fellow sceptics and we all seem to share a vague sense that Farrell, putting it politely, does not exactly exude a powerful forensic intelligence. He does not come across as being anlytical, informed, or any way energised by the material he is discussing. He simply doesn't, to my ears anyway, ring true
  

This man is an ex(?) police employee who brings nothing new to the table and is recycling selected 7/7 anomalies and red herrings

Farrell might be what he claims to be. However, as things stand, the persona he has projected so far is completely indistinguishable from a poorly implemented, low-budget attempt to co-opt 7/7 Scepticism by the intelligence community

In fact the strongest reason I currently have for believing that Farrell is an honest Truther is my doubt that the intelligence community would try a stunt as half-arsed, verging on the comical, as this. Spooks must take some pride in their work, surely?

Alex Jones closed his recent interview with Farrell by inviting him on as a resident criminologist to help break down and analyse incidents other than 7/7

It would appear that Farrell is not the only person incapable of distinguishing shit from shine

Charles Veitch has such lovely teeth

When I first went to university in the early 1980s I got to know one group of students, all ex private schoolboys from well to do backgrounds, who were members of the Socialist Workers Party. You could tell they were working class at heart, if not in background, by the donkey jackets and Doc Martens they wore

The 1984 Miners’ Strike was in full, bad-tempered, swing at the time. My SWP acquaintances would regularly zip up to potential confrontational hot spots with a view to getting stuck into police lines, in solidarity with their striking ‘comrades’

These passionate revolutionaries subsequently got their degrees and went off to work in accountancy, banking and legal firms; with a view to partnership and rearing the next generation of middle-class dickhead student activist

The miners, of course, all ended up on their arse and I doubt if many of them went on to become partners in City law firms

My mistrust of activists from privileged backgrounds consequently goes back almost 30 years

An ex-girlfriend of mine had an expression for rich kids who get down with the common people for a time, often fuck things up, and then return to pursuing their own genuine class interest. She’d spot one a mile off and mutter ‘down at heel, a mouthful of dental steel’

They do have such lovely, well-maintained teeth

Which brings me back onto the subject of Charles ‘Charlie’ Veitch

Veitch's latest outrageously satirical Youtube video. I got as far as 3:22. If he stops being a cock anywhere before the end of the clip could someone let me know

For the reasons outlined above, I freely admit that I was prejudiced against Veitch from the moment I first became aware of his existence

On the other hand, he did start off his Internet career by promoting the kind of subversive, non violent approach to activism that I personally warm to

So, I gave him the benefit of the doubt

...right up until he took a great big dump on the 9/11 Truth Movement, and the conspiratorial view of the world in general, a few days back

People have commented here and elsewhere that it does not matter that a solitary 9/11 Truther has publicly recanted his conspiratorial views

On one level that’s true. Veitch is not a 9/11 researcher and after listening to his reasons for accepting the Official 9/11 Narrative it is clear that he is either not very informed about 9/11 or pretending to be not very informed about 9/11. He is simply recycling pre-existing arguments in support of the Official Narrative and offering no good reasons for an informed 9/11 sceptic to adjust their opinion

However, the Veitch recantation may be useful to promoters of Official Narratives in other ways

I have seen no evidence which conclusively proves that Veitch is a conscious cognitive infiltrator. However, Veitch himself freely admits that he changed his views on 9/11 as a result of being part of a BBC production on the subject of 9/11 conspiracy theorists

So, at the very least, Veitch himself has been the successful subject of a deliberate act of cognitive infiltration

Which makes him a very special little muffin indeed

I cannot think of another case of a high profile ‘conspiracy theorist’ successfully being converted back to a non-conspiratorial world view

Praises be! The pickle has been turned back into a cucumber. The cult fanatic has been successfully deprogrammed back to being a ‘normal’ person

The BBC is going to make a meal out of this conversion in its 9/11 Conspiracy Road (to Damascus) Trip, big time

There are parallels with the BBC’s earlier 7/7 Conspiracy Files production, which also featured a leading (sic.) conspiracy theorist who hadn't been on the scene for very long before the programme was made and who was more than happy to be presented as a delusional idiot on national television

At a time when the resources available for investigative journalism are so meagre most productions have to be put together in a matter of weeks, the BBC still manages to devote months, sometimes years to the preparation of hit pieces targeted at conspiracy theorists

And the cherry on the cake for any self-respecting BBC hit piece worth the resources lavished upon it is the inclusion of at least one fool, whose ego is greater than his intellect, willing to offer himself up for ritual sacrifice

When all is said and done, no-one has ever became a Truther or stopped being a Truther as a result of watching the BBC. The service provided by the BBC is to provide viewers with narratives that at least appear to explain what’s going on in the world. It doesn't really matter if those narratives stack up or not, as the target audience won’t be subjecting those narratives to critical scrutiny

Contrary to the standard BBC psychobabble, there is nothing comforting about a conspiratorial world view. The average television viewer probably understands that, albeit subconsciously, and their psychological defence mechanisms cut in. The BBC exists to nurture and feed those defence mechanisms

Personally, I’m going to continue to keep an eye on Veitch’s antics because there’s more to come, that’s for sure. I’m going to do so, partly for pure entertainment value but mostly because I’m fascinated by the pathology of the cognitive disruption game

Thus far, my gut feel is that the sophistication of the mass of on-line loons is currently developing faster than the tactics and stunts being rolled out to deal with them - the controlled demolition of Charles Veitch included

Charles Veitch - off my Christmas card list

Hands up, I admit that I've linked to a couple of videos from Charlie Veitch's Love Police in the past

However, in recent months I've been somewhat uneasy about Charles' place in the scheme of things.

There was that business a few months ago when Charles posted a video of him and his girlfriend; glamorous, pouting, reality TV contestant Silkie Carlo, bigging up Julian Assange

Then he turns up in support of that personal hero of mine and 21st century British equivalent of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, Lord Muad'dib of Canvey island (that was at the trial timed to coincide with the conclusion of the 7/7 inquest)

Then there was Veitch's well-publicised 'pre-crime' arrest before the recent royal wedding and Veitch's peculiar pre pre-crime arrest video where he sails off with the fairies and explains that he had been treated relatively leniently by the authorities thus far because he was being true to the path laid out for him by the Cosmic Consciousness

Which doesn't work too well for me as I can think of a long list of people who have been true to their conscience and had their heads blown off as a consequence

And that's without muck-raking around Charlie and Silkie's backgrounds

But there was always the possibility that Charlie was what he purported to be

However, as Michael Parenti said, 'Trust no-one except your family. And, even then, check them out once in a while'

The inquest into 7/7 London bombings concluded on Friday 6th May 2011

On the same day the J7 Campaign published a commentary on the Inquest and its verdict

A commentary which even a blogger who had previously dismissed J7 as a bunch of disinfo bastards described as being 'spot on'

Naturally enough, the mainstream press said nothing, and allowed nothing to be said, about the egregious way in which the inquest was carried out. An inquest which somehow concluded without having established how or where the victims of 7/7 were killed

Consequently, the only information outlets that could have conceivably broadcast the shortcomings of the 7/7 inquest were the internet-based Alternative Media

It didn't quite work out like that

The Alternative Media certainly covered a 7/7 related story and that was the news that on Thursday 12th May 2011 Anthony John Hill aka Muad'dib was acquitted of attempting to pervert the course of justice. The hearing had started on Monday 9th May, immediately after the conclusion of the 7/7 Inquest

The handful of us who have been critical of this Muad'dib character have been accused of indulging in ad hominem attacks and attempting to slander The Messenger rather than the message. As it happens, we have explained why we believe his message – the film 7/7 Ripple Effect – to be an example of distractive misinformation. However, yes, some of us have also taken issue with the fact that Tony claims to be the Messiah, the King of England, the King of Israel, and that millions will burn if the world does not acknowledge His Divine Majesty before he decides to shed his current form (i.e. die)

I do not think that making an issue of these claims is an unjustifiable ad hominem as it is relevant to the motivation behind his 7/7 associated behaviour. After 7/7 Ripple Effect was released Muad'dib engaged in a series of attention seeking antics. Stunts which had little prospect of furthering 7/7 truth but every chance of establishing his own notoriety. The Son of God allowed himself to have the piss ripped out of him by the BBC, attempted to interfere in a trial without the consent of the accused and he hassled victims' relatives

My contention is that his actions were always about promoting himself, that 7/7 was a means to an end and the intention always was for him to become the story, not 7/7

Well, he and his followers have got a result haven't they?

Whilst the 7/7 inquest was in progress I did my best to avoid falling into the trap. I tried to ignore the old charlatan and his conveniently-timed trial

A decision which placed me firmly in a minority within a minority

I could be mistaken but I believe that the woman tugging on Muad'dib's arm to be Dolores Shayler's former landlady Belinda McKenzie. In the words of John Cleese, she should know that Muad'dib is the One True 7/7 Truth-speaking Messiah as she's seen a few

And I'm certainly not mistaken in spotting a monochrome Nick Kollerstrom in the photograph. Kollerstrom is, of course, the PR genius who put his name to a completely gratuitous piece of cut and pasting on the subject of Holocaust Revisionism which added absolutely nothing to the subject but did establish his credentials as a daft prat, shortly before appearing on the BBC's 7/7 Conspiracy Files show

I should also point out that Kollerstrom's Auschwitz piece was bold enough to go even further than most revisionists can stomach. Not content to simply downgrade Auschwitz to merely being a very unpleasant work camp where people died, Dr Nick went the whole hog and implied that it was virtually some kind of holiday camp – with swimming pools, picture postcards, soccer tournaments and a disco. An endorsement from David Irving's chum, the very fragrant Michele Renouf, was the cherry on the cake


Dr Nick has recently teamed up with that paragon of 9/11 Truthiness Uncle Jim Fetzer and is posting articles on Jim's blog, such as a sparklingly original piece on the possible use of doubles in recent Bin Laden videos

Which is the real Osama Dib Laden?

Given that the article required extensive cutting, pasting and rearranging of material from other websites which have already done the subject to death, Uncle Fezter is to be commended for his excellent casting decision

The reason why I became aware of Dr Nick's association with Fetzer was because Fetzer has recently popped-up in both Adrian Salbuchi and Kevin Barrett's podcasts, plugging both Dr Nick and Muad'dib (Kevin Barrett wrote the forward to Kollerstrom's book Terror on the Tube)

Adrian Salbuchi, in turn, has been plugging James Corbett who, in turn, just released a podcast of Muad'dib whittering on about the Stone of Scone

James Corbett, along with many other alternative news commentators, has taken to bigging up the vaguely unsettling Charlie Veitch in recent months

That would be the same Charlie who reportedly was thoughtful enough to pop round and offer Muad'dib cheery support during his trial

All timed to coincide with the conclusion of the 7/7 inquest

It's a small, small fucking world

But wait! There's more. Kevin Barrett's mate, the ever-truthy Gordon Duff over at Veterans Today has just slapped up an epic article devoted to stroking Gandalf's staff...

Suppressed News: “False Flag” Whistleblower Acquitted in Britain

VT's readership clearly includes some first-rate minds, as evidenced by this comment underneath Duff's piece...

Presumably, if they had some actual evidence of Israeli culpability in 7/7 then the odds would be even slimmer (a tediously fact-based opinion which proves that I'm obviously a Zionist shill with the odds against innocence being several million to one)

Even Alex Jones and Alan Watt got in on the act. Watt has even written a fucking poem about the latter day Solzhenitsyn

All of these people have focused on Muad'dib rather than the disgraceful 7/7 inquest

I swear, if I wake up tomorrow and Webster Tarpley or David Ray Griffin has started endorsing this bollocks I'm calling it a day and going back to Official Narratives

Or putting it another way, I've asked myself repeatedly wtf am I doing having to argue with people to be wary of some bloke who claims to be Jesus, has put his name to a demonstrably misleading piece of curiously professional film-making and whose court appearances are synchronised with an inquest of national importance? What the fuck would it actually take anyway?

I am not implying that all of the Alternative Media personalities listed above are disinformation operatives. I can think of many reasons why they could be innocently played the way they have been:

• The pace of current events is now so fast some of these characters can’t possibly research every issue they feel obliged to comment on

• Some are victims of hubris and reluctant to back away once they have been persuaded to give an endorsement

• (Sadly) the majority of conspiraloons have no more negative capability than non-loons. They prefer neat narratives, however weakly supported, rather than all that uncertain, partially known, partially unknown, fact based stuff that makes the world go round
  
  
• As far as some are concerned, as long as 'The Jews' get blamed they don't give a damn about much else

• Some are disinfo bastards

I've written this post not as part of some crusade against Muad'dib or Kollerstrom. Muad'dib will show his true colours in due course and Kollerstrom will probably bumble along cutting and pasting indefinitely

I have, however, been put out by the way reporting of the 7/7 Inquest has been overshadowed by the contrived antics of yet another White Man with a God complex

A couple of commentators under my previous post have said that the opportunity to publicise the 7/7 whitewash has now passed. I don't know that for sure but I am 100% certain that this Muad'dib thing was a perfectly timed and well executed distraction

Then there's the more general issue that this distraction was facilitated by Alternative Media which seem to be undergoing some form of consolidation and in the business of offering easily digested, undemanding, fact and reason impaired narratives

In that respect, the Alternative Media don't differ from the Mainstream Corporate Media very much at all

Some time ago I promised myself to never to write again about the antics of a particular bunch of clowns who claim to be interested in researching what really happened in London on July 7th 2005

Actually, that’s not strictly accurate, as at least one of these clowns claims to know exactly what happened on 7/7 and has put his name to a film which asserts as much

The reason why I promised to try and lay off the folk in question was partly because I believed I'd written more than enough on the subject and partly because I wished to avoid wasteful, distractive conflict

Unfortunately, the regions of the Internet I inhabit are increasingly thick with one-sided and misleading accounts of the heroic deeds of these characters and I'm tired of watching this nonsense pass unopposed

I doubt if anyone visiting this blog needs me to elaborate on Cass Sunstein's paper on the strategy of Cognitive Infiltration. However, even before this strategy had a name, observation of the 9/11 Truth Movement in the US and the careers of characters such as Davids Icke and Shayler in the UK would have given some idea of how the State could seriously fuck-up the progress of researchers investigating a flawed State Narrative

Key tactics would include...

1. Establish eccentric, easily ridiculed individuals as being spokespeople for scepticism of the Official Narrative

2. Divert focus away from the flaws in the Official Narrative and towards supporting equally flawed Alternative Narratives

3. Pollute the environment with inaccurate information and generally waste sincere researchers’ time

In past posts I have documented how two individuals in particular have served the interests of the State by cognitively disrupting research into the 7/7 atrocity

I haven't the faintest idea if either is a knowing participant but I do know that they have caused distress to victims' families, offered themselves up to be presented as buffoons on national television, attempted to interfere with trial proceedings without consulting the accused, tried to associate themselves with sincere researchers who aren't acting like buffoons, made apologies for Hitler, claimed to be Jesus, claimed to be the King of England, claimed to be the King of Israel, passed off speculation about 7/7 as fact, and taken actual facts about 7/7 and mutilated them

Here's a photo of the people I'm talking about, taken at the end of a court case one of them got involved in as a result of his knob-end attempt at jury-tampering. A case which just happened to coincide with the conclusion of the 7/7 inquest. He's the messiah dressed as an Israeli flag...

The truly impressive aspect of their behaviour is that these characters have pulled this off with barely a squeak of criticism from the alternative media. Quite the opposite. Their output has been endorsed and disseminated widely, as I will illustrate shortly

In contrast, the handful of people who have actually expressed criticism of this cognitive bullshit have been ignored or accused of being Zionist shills. Myself included.

What is the secret of this success in the alternative media?

The trick is to simply assert, without any doubt or reservation, that 'The Jews' did it, whatever 'it' may be

Once you've got that under your belt you can say or engage in absolutely any form of stupidity you fancy - making stuff up, hassling bereaved people, claiming to be God. It's all good.

The important thing is asserting Jewish culpability. Everything else is incidental and permissable

Zany madcap financial commentator Max Keiser has an unparalleled track record of economic and geopolitical forecasting. So much so that the BBC gave him his own show called 'The Oracle'

Max's portfolio of uncanny predictions and empowering analytical insights include...

• prophesying that the Euro was shortly to become the world's reserve currency, a couple of months before it went tits up

• declaring his support for US Presidential candidate Barack Obama on the basis that there was a very good chance Obama would bring about 'change'

• connecting record cold, warm, wet, dry, windy, not windy, weather events with catastrophic anthropogenic global warming climate change disruption, as well as postulating that there may be some connection between weather and crop yields

• predicting that the US Comex gold and silver exchange would default catastrophically in 2008, which it clearly did, without anyone noticing
  

• foretelling that the US will distance itself from Israel in its hour of need, just like it abandoned South Vitenam

The man is a soothsaying sensation, though it's not immediately clear if he is simply a brilliant analyst, gifted with superhuman psychic abilities, or whether the Universe actually submissively conforms to His Will

From the moment Keiser started his 'Buy Silver, Crash JP Morgan' campaign a couple of months back I've been watching global silver prices like a hawk

Keiser's plan was simplicity itself. JP Morgan has (allegedly) been driving the price of silver down by selling billions of dollars of silver it didn't actually possess. If enough people were to call JP Morgan's bluff, buy physical silver and drive the price up, JP Morgan's positions would collapse and the price of silver would skyrocket - destroying an evil bank and enriching those who killed it in the same act

A brilliant plan. Of course, if JP Morgan were to ever implode the resulting costs and losses (plus a dollop extra) would simply be assumed in all our names by government. But, nevertheless, a really, really brilliant plan

So, how's it doing? How much money have the legions of junior league silver bugs who have followed Max's call to 'Buy Silver, Crash JP Morgan' made so far?


Yup, The Oracle is still truly at the peak of his powers


Actually, anyone who joined the 'Buy Silver, Crash Morgan' campaign would have potentially enjoyed an even bigger (negative) return than -10.48% over the last 30 days

Silver coins, even those without a collectable value, sell for a mark-up of 15% or more over the scrap value of their silver content. Max presumably knows all about the excellent mark-ups in the bullion biz, as his site is, coincidentally, sponsored by bullion dealers

On top of the dealer's margin, if you buy a silver coin in Europe it is liable for VAT of, typically, 20%

So, if you bought a 1oz silver coin for something like £24 a month ago, it is now worth a shade under £17 today. Your £7 loss being shared out amongst the bullion dealer, the government's creditors, and speculators like JP Morgan

Sweet

And, yes, the fiat price of silver, and most other needful things which can't be printed into existence, will very possibly rise ahead of wages and interest on savings but timing, as they say, is everything

In the meantime, as fundamentally worthless as fiat currency is, the Max Keisers and JP Morgans of this world will still sell their grannies for a pot of it

The countless debates about whether Assange is what he claims to be or not remind me of the past antics of the Shayler Being. Fans of Shayler's work will recall that he bought credibility in certain Truther circles by revealing the startling news that, shock fucking horror, MI6 planned to murder Gaddafi at one point in the 1990s. In return for this completely underwhelming revelation he was given a free pass to trample all over UK Conspiraloondom for the better part of a decade. I was still debating with people who wanted to give Shayler the benefit of the doubt even when he started claiming to be the reincarnation of Jesus AND King Arthur. Mercifully, the low cut blouse and lipstick was the final straw for all but the most open-minded and tolerant of folk. However, Shayler's ex girlfriend/ handler, who bought into Truther status at the same low low price, is still out there hard at work, playing a much longer game and with a slightly better hairdresser




To be honest, I'm a little nonplussed that so many on-line folk are willing to give Assange so much benefit of the doubt, given the nature of the official narrative friendly bullshit he's pumping out, the stuff he isn't pumping out, and the fact that he's getting so much coverage from the mainstream media.

In comparison, it's worth remembering how hard the mainstream press worked at trying to ignore, then downplay, the Climategate story last year. A leak which genuinely did piss in The Establishment's chips, a lot

When in doubt, it's always worth remembering the Golden Rule of State Broadcasting Portraiture. If someone is covered by the BBC and they're not lit, or otherwise presented, like Baltar from Battlestar Galactica they ain't threatening anyone of any importance

Max Keiser

Max, and his new best buddy and fellow precious metal salesmen Alex Jones, have been trying to whip up a viral campaign with the claimed objective of destroying JP Morgan by buying up physical silver. The story goes that JP Morgan has been selling lots of paper silver, so if Max's followers buy lots of physical silver they'll reduce physical supply, drive up the price and JP Morgan won't be able to honour its paper contracts

Curiously, in spite of all his ranting on the subject in recent years, Max seems to have forgotten what happens every time the finances of large banks go tits up, and who ends up covering all the losses. Buying a few poxy coins isn't even going to scratch a power structure that's been crafted over centuries and any immediate losses inflicted on that structure will be recouped, with interest

Max also seems to forget who controls most of the production and stockpiles of precious metals around the world. The last time I looked, I don't recall identfying many silver mines or bullion depositories that were owned and operated by anarcho-syndicalist cooperatives

Max also seems to have forgotten that there isn't actually that much physical gold or silver to go round and that if ordinary people did actually drive the price of gold or silver up to astronomical highs by buying a couple of coins each they wouldn't benefit themselves by very much but would benefit anyone who's already sitting on a few thousand coins to start with enormously

There again, maybe Max hasn't forgotten any of this

On reflection, I think he probably hasn't. I think it's more likely that he's trying to succeed where others have failed; through the power of the internet, lots and lots of bullshit and total and utter contempt for anyone who'll listen to him...

It is a thorough deconstruction of the anomalies which J7 has identified in the alleged evidence that places alleged bomber Shehzad Tanweer at the scene of the Aldgate explosion on 7/7

As well as being significant in itself, the comments underneath that post are also worth reading. There are a couple of thought-provoking observations about the nature of the damage caused on the 7/7 train carriages, and also a series of contributions from what appears to be the same anonymous commentator...

"How about he bent or crouched over the rucksack, which was on the floor, to detonate it? Or held it in his arms and triggered it?"

"You'll get your answer today when a survivor will testify that he saw Mohammed Sidique Khan detonate a bomb in his rucksack which was on the floor of the carriage. QED and time for you to put an end to your speculations"

"Are you accusing Mr Biddle of lying? What possible motive would a man who's had both legs blown off have in protecting the conspiracy that ruined his life? Don't tell me he's been 'got at'"

"The piece of shinbone was removed in hospital and passed to the scientists for DNA testing. It belonged to Tanweer. PS I was working at the forensic lab at the time."

"Are you accusing forensic scientists of fitting up Tanweer? "

"The answer to your question is no. I've only been in forensics for a mere 15 years. Can you give us a quick rundown of your forensic experience please?"


It turns out that, Daniel Biddle, the survivor who was going to 'testify that he saw Mohammed Sidique Khan detonate a bomb in his rucksack which was on the floor of the carriage' did not say that and actually referred to a small rucksack on someone's lap

This is a big difference, as the nature of the damage and injuries reported from the carriage is consistent with a large device at floor level, not a small device at waist level


Apparently, 15 years of relevant forensic experience does not equip the commentator to distinguish between statements which refer to...

The style of the commentator's attack is an illustrative example of some of the strategies that apologists for Offical Narratives employ...

• They insult and patronise in an attempt to provoke an emotional response
  
  
• They ignore effective responses to their insinuations and simply move on to a new line of attack

and above all

• They relentlessly attempt to force those who have identified flaws in an Official Narrative to generate speculations of their own

This is not the behaviour of someone who holds a point of view that they know to be well-supported. This the behaviour of someone who is either unconciously dissonant or consciously deceptive. This is what you do when you know you are defending a flawed position

And it doesn't help when, as illustrated by the following misguided comment I just saw under an Aangirfan post, truthers play right into the hands of those who would distract you from the weaknesses in their fairy story...

"Maybe they just paid the guy off and he figures he's lost his legs in a bombing so why not profit from it. Even bomb victims can be ready to serve tyranny, either that or brainwashed at some point. These people did 911, so magicking up this "witness" is hardly beyond them."


To put it another way

• Imagine you arranged to meet someone at a certain time and place
• They don't turn up
• The next day you phone that person and ask them why they didn't show
• The person says 'But I was there!'
• You say 'No you weren't'
• The person then says 'If I wasn't there where do you think I was? And why? And with who?'

Would you be so daft as to even start to answer those questions?
