Welcome to Helloway

Fans of the sublime beauty of North London's Holloway Road might appreciate this quality signage seen outside an ex(?) squat the other day...

I'm proud to have called the fragrant Holloway Road my home for the past six years! After a while you can't help but go native - I can now often be found shuffling up and down this beautiful Grade II listed thoroughfare in my Happy Shopper carrier bag shoes, supping my White Lightning and shouting at empty bus stops. It's a 24 hour party zone!

I think of the Elephant & Castle as the Archway of the South!

lol

and, coincidentally, I like to think of the Archway as the E&C of The North

Joining the queue at the video library
To watch ninety five minutes of simulated torture

The conference hall rings to the standing ovation
The people in blue ties rise from the podium
Crazy with power, blinded by vision
The mass-chosen leaders for a brutalised nation
