Interesting Sniffer Dog campaign by Release, here
Imagine you want to stop and search someone but you don't have a lawful excuse.
Solution: take a sniffer dog. Send it a secret signal so it can give the impression that the passerby is in possession of drugs.
Only people such as Release will question its validity.
I mean, do you know the stats for the positives/false positives of sniffer dogs?
